Support for Caregivers,

Loved Ones, Family Members

Are you concerned about a loved one and their relationship with food?

Is food become
problematic to the point of interfering with your relationship?

Feeling powerless through their struggles?

Are you looking for support, education, or guidance?

Watching someone you care about struggle with food, and not knowing what to do can be one of the most difficult things to deal with. I can help. I offer supportive, coaching style meetings which will address your concerns, and give you the tools you need to feel more confident in being able to support your loved one.

A 30 minute coaching/support session can help. During a session we will discuss your specific concerns, whether these concerns rise to the level of disordered eating, and how you can help. Together we can address how to best offer your support, how to navigate meal times, as well as learn more about eating disorders and what they are.

Cost: $50 / 30 Minute session.

Coaching Takeaways:

  • Helpful/unhelpful conversations, things to say and not to say

  • How your own habits may be impacting your loved one

  • Underlying concerns/what fuels an eating disorder

  • Next steps, how to move forward
