What if I told you

Hi! I am Margaret and I am a Licensed clinical therapist.

I have seen countless women come into my office for the same thing: chronic stress, burned out, and unresolved trauma that has overtaken their lives. 

Many times my clients aren't even aware that stress & trauma are ruling their lives...

But they feel it in their bodies. Stiffness & aches. And it manifests by making them anxious, and leads them to coping skills that aren't so great. 

Things like binge eating, and endless TV binge sessions after work.


After working as a therapist for over a decade and listening to my loved clients struggling from unhealed trauma, and realizing my own crippling stress & anxiety, I created a program to help release this burden from the body.
